IP69K Terminal Boxes
The HTB range of IP69K terminal boxes is designed for use in industries that require uncompromising sanitation and safety standards, including pharmaceutical and food processing environments. Engineered with smooth, crevice-free 1.0–1.2 mm stainless steel construction and a fully self-draining design, these enclosures eliminate contamination traps and facilitate rapid washdowns.
Certified to IP66, IK08, and IP69K, the HTB boxes handle high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns and aggressive cleaning regimes while maintaining ingress protection in moisture-prone settings. They are optionally available with IECEx certification for use in hazardous zones 1, 2, 21, and 22, assuring safe containment of electrical, electronic, or pneumatic components in explosive atmospheres.
Each terminal box features a FDA-compliant blue silicone gasket and sealed stainless hygiene lock, ensuring durable and reliable sealing performance. Pre-fitted mounting plates and optional hygienic wall-bracket kits simplify installation. Available sizes range from 100 x 100 x 100 mm to 250 x 160 x 100 mm, with a standard usable depth of 85 mm. All units are precision-manufactured in Italy to meet a full suite of standards including IEC/EN 60529, ISO 20653, UL508A, CE, UKCA, RoHS, and can be supplied with IECEx upgrades on request.

Body:
The body is fabricated using 1.0mm to 1.2mm Grade 304 Stainless Steel. It is designed to be completely smooth and without crevices and without concave angles to facilitate cleaning and avoid deposits. The body is designed to promote self draining for ease of hygienic cleaning.
Cover:
The cover is fabricated using 1.0mm to 1.2mm Grade 304 Stainless Steel and includes a clip-in silicone seal.
Enclosure Seal:
Blue silicone seal, FDA compliant for food production areas.
