Wall mounted electronic key management cabinets are designed as a universal modular system to suit standard lock sizes and are available in combinations to electronically capture 1, 16 and 48 keys.

Features and Specifications
Protection: Complies with IP66 IK10
Standard: IEC/EN/AS60529, RoHS, CE, UKCA
Material:
– Body: 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet
– Door: 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet
– Seal: Polyurethane. UL listed.
Body:
The robust monoblock body is fabricated using 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet. Precision automated manufacturing equipment ensures accuracy and consistent high quality. Flat face sealing surfaces increase seal life. Integral device plate mounts and M6 earth stud are included.
Door:
The door is fabricated using 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet. It incorporates concealed removable hinges with captive pins.
– Standard Range: Door is flush mounted.
– Advanced Range: Door is recessed to provide increased security and to prevent vandalism.
Seals:
A high quality machine-applied full perimeter UL listed Polyurethane seal foamed in place (FIP) provides excellent sealing over a long life. Temperature resistance -40°C to 80°C (160°C short term loading).
Device Mounting Plate:
The device mounting plate is fabricated using 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet, pressed to provide additional strength and supplied pre-fitted into cabinet as standard. (Not included in 1 x key cabinets)
Surface Treatment:
UL approved epoxy polyester powder coated with a smooth finish. 80-120 micron average thickness.

Standard Range
The standard range of electronic key capture cabinets are suitable for general applications.
The standard cabinet is provided with flush door and includes internal shroud to mount the modules.
The front door lock is a standard quarter turn lock.

Advanced Range
The advanced range of electronic key capture cabinets are suitable for high security applications and installations in public spaces.
The advanced cabinet is provided with recessed door and includes internal shroud to mount the modules.
The front door lock includes cutout for restricted key and brackets to house an electric strike.

Includes front and rear plates complete with cutouts and holes to mount

IP-LKC8 – 8 Key Module (Electronic Key Capture Module)
Includes front and rear plates complete with cutouts and holes to mount
8 x standard restricted key cylinder, LED indicator, access control (Keypad, Fingerprint Biometric, Bluetooth etc), safe lock (standard universal footprint), mount for PCB.
IP-LKC8BLANK – 8 Module Blank Plate (To mount hooks to suit requirements)
Includes blank plate only.
