Body:

The robust monoblock fully-welded body is fabricated using 2.5mm marine grade aluminium. The body is fitted with rain hood/sunshield, vent hoods and 4 x lifting eye bolts and is mounted onto a 150mm high base fabricated from 3.0mm marine grade aluminium. Flat face sealing surfaces are provided to increase seal life. A split 3-part quick-release aluminium gland plate is also incorporated into the bottom face. Four cutouts are provided to house fans and filters and each are covered with removable vent hoods. Precision automated manufacturing equipment ensures accuracy and consistent high quality.

Doors:

The reinforced front and rear doors are fabricated using 2.5mm marine grade aluminium and are designed to provide flush recessed mounting to prevent vandalism and unauthorised access. The doors incorporate concealed removable hinges. They are designed for a 110° opening and are provided with heavy duty 3-point door stays. They are fitted with document holders.

19″ Data Rack Rails:

Front and rear 19″ data rack rails are fabricated from stainless steel. They are adjustable to 21″.

Seals:

High quality Polyurethane foamed in place (FIP) full perimeter door seals provide excellent sealing over a long life.

Locks:

Each door includes a 3 point locking system with stainless steel swing handle fitted with half euro barrel to meet TMR specification.

Gland Plate:

Split 3-part quick-release aluminium gland plate incorporated into the bottom of the enclosure for cable management.

Surface Treatment:

UL approved epoxy polyester powder coated with a smooth finish. 80-120 micron average thickness.

Colour:

T33 Smoke Blue.

Lighting:

High quality LED surface mounted luminaires are fitted above the opening of front and rear doors.
