Features and Specifications

Material:

– Enclosure Body: 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet
– Enclosure Doors: 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet
– Gland Plates: 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet
– Enclosure Seal: Polyurethane

Body:

The robust body is fabricated using 1.5mm galvanised steel. The body is fitted with a vented rain hood/sunshield and base. Flat face sealing surfaces are provided to increase seal life. Gland plates are incorporated into the base. Two cutouts 177mm x 177mm are provided in the cabinet roof to house 204 x 204 filter vents and/or fans IP-V3000 and IP-V3200. Louvre vents with vermin mesh are provided running the full height of each side of the cabinet to ensure the cabinet is well-ventilated.

Door:

The surface mounted doors are fabricated using 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet incorporating concealed removable hinges with captive pins. Doors are designed for a 110° opening. The lower door can be provided with an optional 4mm tempered glass viewing window.

Seals:

A high quality full perimeter seal provides excellent sealing over a long life. It is machine applied Polyurethane foamed in place (FIP).

Lock:

The upper compartment door includes two x 5mm bit quarter turn locks. The lower battery storage compartment includes a 3 point locking system with key-lock swing handle.

Gland Plate:

Gland plates with seals are incorporated into the bottom face of the enclosure for cable management.

Shelves:

6 x adjustable slotted/vented heavy duty shelves are provided. Each shelf has removable battery slide rails and centre cable/component channel fitted. Each shelf is fully adjustable and rails are removable to suit battery configuration. Custom shelves are available upon request.

Surface Treatment:

UL approved epoxy polyester powder coated with a smooth finish. 80-120 micron average thickness.
